REACHability provides hands-on training for employment and volunteer opportunities for adults with disabilities.
We believe that every individual has potential. With the right tools and hands-on training, adults with disabilities can enhance their quality of life and find meaningful employment or volunteer opportunities. Every person desires to have a sense of pride, involvement, and the ability to make a difference in their community; being born differently abled does not lessen these desires.
Our goal is to build a positive relationship between employers and individuals with disabilities by helping both succeed. We educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and prepare our participants to thrive in employment and volunteer roles. A successful outcome enhances the quality of life for our participants and fosters more inclusive hiring practices among local businesses.
REACHability works best for participants who are ready to engage in the process. We expect individuals to take an active role in their job search and to believe in the value of their skills.
Using each participant's individualized employment strategy, we collaborate with their family, friends, and support team to help them REACH their goals and live their best life.
REACHability is a Vocational Rehabilitation Provider, accepts the Family Supports & CIH Waivers, and private pay individuals.

What does REACHability do?
We provide a person-centered approach to pre-employment training, offering both group and individualized support to help participants gain the skills needed for successful employment or volunteer work.
