REACHability

Engage. Pursue. Advocate.

REACHability provides hands-on training for employment and/or volunteer opportunities for adults with disabilities. We believe that every individual has potential. Given the right tools and hands on training, adults with disabilities can enhance their quality of life and find meaningful employment and/or volunteer opportunities. Every person desires to have a sense of pride, involvement, and the ability to make a difference in their community; being born differently abled does not lessen these desires.

Our hope and desire is to build a positive relationship between employers and persons with disabilities by helping them both succeed. We will educate employers on the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities and train our participants to fulfill employment and/or volunteer roles. A successful outcome would enhance the quality of life for adults with disabilities and provide a positive hiring outlook among local employers.

Participants can benefit from REACHability if they choose to put in the work. We expect participants to be involved in their job search process and to believe they have skills which are valuable to businesses.

Utilizing each participant's individualized employment strategy, we will work with their family, friends, and support team to help them REACH their full potential, goals and live their best life.
