Health

Creating a high level of understanding of health & safety and instilling the importance of daily physical activity.

Activities that are chosen by participants

Just like other adults, participants will choose activites that are meaningful for them and fit their schedules and lifestyles. Our activities will fit into these four categories: life skills, recreation/social groups, employment/training, and exercise/nutrition. We believe that these four categories will assist our participants in reaching their full potential - whatever that means to them.

And - a side note to parents & caregivers - our #1 priority for participants is safety! We know that sending your loved on to a day program can make you anxious. We get it! We have a strong system to ensure the highest level of safety for our participants and staff AND a high level of transparency for parents & caregivers!
