Your Rights Under Title VI
REACH Columbus, Inc. is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any of its programs, services, or activities on the basis of race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
This commitment applies to all programs and services provided by REACH Columbus, Inc., including transportation services.
How to File a Title VI Complaint
Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination based on race, color, or national origin by REACH Columbus, Inc. may file a Title VI complaint.
Complaints should be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory action. INDOT likewise uses the 180-day filing period.
